Hello dear community, I wanted to participate in this contest because I have a boy who likes fruit smoothies so much and he himself says gluten free mae hehe. I have my student Andres, I have already written about him in other posts and well I just tell you that he is quite advanced in his homework, he is just a little spoiled hehe and sometimes abuses hahaha, I think it is normal in them.
Les cuento Andres siempre trae sus meriendas ya que como les he contado los niños con TEA (trastorno de Espectro Autista) tienen una alimentación muy especial. La cosa esta en que cuando no trae merienda me da como cosita jeje y decidí hacerle un buen batido de una fruta que ya es temporada en mi Venezuela llamada Mango, le pregunte si le gustaba y me dijo que si.
I tell you Andres always brings his snacks because as I have told you children with ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) have a very special diet. The thing is that when he doesn't bring a snack he gives me like a little thing hehe and I decided to make him a good smoothie of a fruit that is already in season in my Venezuela called Mango, I asked him if he liked it and he said yes.
Ahora les cuento preparar este batido es sumamente fácil, solo requiere de dos ingredientes; Mango y agua jeje, no lleva ni azúcar especial ni papelón ni nada de esas cosas porque esta fruta ya tiene su propio dulce, esa es una de las bondades, de hecho si la quieres consumir directamente o si la quieres como dije Andres en Jugo.

Ingredientes:
- 4 mangos pequeños maduros
- 2 vasos 1/2 de agua

De acuerdo con muchas personas inluyendome jeje alivia el hambre.
