Been one myself since I was a kid, and most of my family has no idea. I don't think they'd get it. It's a whole life of freedom and ease with one's own skin. My ex and kids were all on board until the divorce. I don't know how much she still practices it but now that the kids are teens they are a bit self-conscious (happens a lot in nudism) and I never see them nude. Except for my eldest, who is embracing it fully again after a few years of shyness. I tend to stay closeted about it because people think it's something dirty or kinky. I can assure you that there isn't much sexy about standing in line for potato salad at a cookout, nekkid or clothed. Nudists do everything "normal" people do, just in a more comfortable state.
