It's the simple things you can easily integrate in your daily life that can help a lot. You 'just' have to make it a habit.
Commuting by bike is really great. I do it as well. It has also proved to be good for your mental wellbeing. Once my knees gave up on me and I stopped playing football, I started my cycling 'career'. Last year I made over 5000 kilometers.
But... next few months will change that.
Do you already have a plan on how to achieve that? The idea is easy... burn more than you consume 😂
But that can be quite difficult in todays world where fat and easy food is all around.
My whole life is a wakeup call this year!
