Oh, efficient! I do like to save time. Working out at home is the best because during the rest period between sets I can quickly pick something up, clean a plate, get food ready for the next day.
My legs have become like rocks just from casually cycling 20 minutes a day on my work commute!
As for diet, that's what I'm working on now, but I fear most of my issue is this 'visceral fat', the stuff tucked between organs and does all the damage. I'm still really quite a high fat percentage I think! But... next few months will change that.
My whole life is a wakeup call this year!
