I often wonder, but the mindset of success is that 'Luck often looks like hard work and is dressed in coveralls', and that Luck is when 'Preparation and Opportunity meet' but we must jump when they collide, and keep moving forward. That most people quit, that they do not attain their goals, that they live out the wrong actions and get what they don't want. Some suffering is part of the process of learning, but suffering does not have to last forever. I have found that failures must stack like bricks to build the stairs of success, and that we must be willing to do something for a long time with no results in order to build up the grit and determination to overcome obstacles. Often the obstacles are the way, and overcoming each problem is the action of succeeding. Luck, is what others call it when you finally achieve what you have been striving for. And your sweat and blood and tears will fall on deaf ears, because you became lucky. Some even believe it is better to remain misunderstood, but steadfast and sincerely devoted to the goals you achieve silently. So be Joyful and humble and compassionate and care not for wealth because greed will make anyone poor. There is also an 80/20 rule- Pareto Principle which is that 80% of the effects come from 20% of the causes.
