I wanted to tell you what occur my day hehehe It was a simple and beautiful day, I will be able always remember. I chose to have some of the quiet times in the outside world and get rid of life noise and stress. It was a fine day and the air was cool and the surroundings were met with greens and trees. The atmosphere was calm and calming as an ideal break of the hustle-bustle.
I went walking around the territory wearing one of my favorite blue tops and blue jeans. I was very calm with the blowing sound of the wind and the light rustling of the trees. I sat on the grass and gazed about me, and was deliberating how beautiful nature is. There are occasions when we lose the ability to appreciate the loads of trivial matters that can make us happy and calm like inhaling clean air or hearing the sound of the birds.
Taking into consideration the time spent out of doors, I also made some shots to keep the memory of this day. I was smiling not only due to the camera but I felt grateful. Glad I have an opportunity to rest, breathe and admire the wonderful creations of God. Drawing my life lessons even through the mundane such as a tree, the sky, the breeze, I was reminded that tranquility moderation and serenity can bring me happiness.
Subsequently, in the afternoon, I entered the building and captured another photo. By looking into a mirror, I found how much good care should be given not only to my physical part of existence but also to my brain and my heart. A serene setting makes me look back and like myself the way I am.
Such photographs make me realize I have to enjoy the simple part of life. I learned that tranquility does not necessarily need any major occasions or exotic locations to occur so as to be in close contact with nature and actually be comfortable with who you are.
Given the experience, I was able to understand the importance of slowing down, smiling more, and appreciating the beauty around me. It is a little thing to keep in mind that all we sometimes may need is nice whether, a sun, and a thankful heart.
