Who is supposed to have said that we are running out of ammo? I'm guessing it was the US government, and that entity sure does not give any thought to the moral, environmental, or financial consequences of "our" war actions. Suatainability is no obstacle, "we" will just make more ammo. Congress always votes yes on increased military spending.
