I used to think confidence meant being loud, fearless, or having everything figured out.
But lately, I’ve realized confidence can also look like this — smiling softly, feeling comfortable in your own skin, and no longer needing constant validation from everyone around you.
Being a recently graduated psychologist has changed the way I see people… but especially the way I see myself. I’ve become more aware of my emotions, my limits, and the importance of protecting my peace.
Some days I feel unstoppable.
Other days I feel sensitive and thoughtful.
And honestly, both versions are still me.
I’m learning that healing and growth are not about becoming someone else.
They’re about finally feeling at home with who you already are.
And little by little… I think I’m getting there.
