Sometimes happiness is quieter than we expect.
It’s not always huge achievements or life-changing moments. Sometimes it’s just sitting comfortably, smiling without forcing it, feeling calm for a while and realizing your heart feels lighter than usual.
Lately I’ve been trying to appreciate those moments more.
As a psychologist, I know how easy it is to live inside your own thoughts. To analyze everything, to worry about the future, to carry emotions silently. But I’m also learning that healing can begin in very small ways.
A peaceful morning.
A genuine smile.
A moment where you finally feel connected to yourself again.
And honestly, I think those moments matter more than people realize.
Still growing, still healing, still becoming softer with myself every day.
