**We are gluttonous. We like to eat a little more. So we don't think about eating any kind of food. Because we don't eat just to survive.
We eat a lot of food for taste. So we don't think which food is good for our body and which is bad. We don't think about this from fast food to sidewalk food. So we get sick at a very young age.
But nature has provided us with various nutritious foods. All these foods we get easily from nature. Because for all food, we depend on nature in one way or another. Nature does not only give us food, it only satisfies our hunger. Nature gives us the gift of a variety of nutritious foods. Which not only satisfies our hunger, but also increases our body's resistance to disease.**
Anyway, I am Bangladeshi. Rice is the main food of our country. We eat a variety of vegetables as curry with rice. Some are winter vegetables and some are summer vegetables. Again, some vegetables are available all year round. And these vegetables have a lot of nutritional value. The original vegetables are rich in vitamins, minerals, iron, calcium, potassium and other nutrients.
