Para realizar la parte superior del conjunto que es un top en mangas largas corté una pieza delantera, una pieza trasera y una tira para el cuello.

To make the top part of the outfit, which is a long sleeve top, I cut a front piece, a back piece and a strip for the neck.

Cosí por los hombros y uní la parte delantera a la trasera.

I sewed around the shoulders and joined the front to the back.

Luego tomé cada manga y las cosí a la sisa del top.

Then I took each sleeve and sewed them to the armhole of the top.

Cosí por lo costados e hice ruedos tanto en la parte baja del top y las mangas.

I sewed along the sides and made hems on both the bottom of the top and the sleeves.

Para finalizar tomé la medida del contorno del cuello y adapté la tira cortada para coserla y formar el cuello de nuestro top.

Finally I took the measurement of the neckline and adapted the cut strip to sew it to form the neckline of our top.

Así tenemos este rápido pero muy lindo top en mangas largas que a juego con el short nos queda un conjunto espectacular para ejercitarnos.

So we have this quick but very nice top with long sleeves and matching with the shorts we have a spectacular outfit to work out.
