It spits fire that is hot enough to melt boulders. It may cause forest fires by blowing flames.
My first main ❤️🔥
Today I would like to share with you some of my Pokémon card collection. We will be focusing on Charizard in this post. I have a total of 10 Charizard cards in my collection.
Charizard is one of the most popular and sought-after Pokémon. Charmander was THE starter back when the original GameBoy games first came out. The evolution chain was Charmander to Charmeleon and finally Charizard, the fire-breathing dragon. Charizard was a lot more striking than the grass and water dino-like Pokémon Venusaur and Blastoise. Plus the anime made Charizard a central character and a Pokémon that Ash struggled to train. Charizard was super powerful and did what he wanted even to the detriment of his own side. He was a total rebel but eventually came around.
Charmander was the first Pokémon that I ever started training when I first got into the Pokémon games. My starter remained one of my most used Pokémon throughout the entirety of Pokémon Red. Once I finally got that second evolution and saw my Charizard, I became obsessed with him. This fire-type beast made me feel pretty much invincible during battles.
The fully evolved fire-type starters are usually my favorite in Pokémon games. The likes of Typhlosion, Blaziken, Infernape, Cinderace, Incineroar, Emboar and Delphox are just so memorable, but none more so than Charizard. This is the coolest Pokémon in the eyes of a lot of fans. I won't say that Charizard is my favorite Pokémon of all time, but that is only because I cannot choose just one.
The popularity of Charizard has caused Charizard Pokémon cards to continually be some of the most valuable cards in the Poké-verse. If my ten Charizard cards were all graded as PSA 10, then my small collection of Charizard cards would be worth roughly $8,000. I've yet to pay to have any of my cards graded. I heard there is going to be a way to do it all online eventually, I wonder when. Too bad I don't even have my base set Charizards anymore, I had multiple growing up. Still, the value of what I do have is pretty crazy to think of.
You have already seen a brief preview of my Charizard cards, but I think now it is time that you get a closer look. I will provide an image, the card number, and the set to which it belongs. Also listed will be the average going price for these cards on the market. I am always open to selling my cards, but I am not in a rush to do so. Offers would of course need to make sense when looking at the relative prices provided.
