Hoy me encuentro muy feliz y quiero compartir con ustedes la culminación de mi proyecto de soldadura, luego de unos días y varios tropiezos, he logrado lo que me propuse, por acá les comparto un poco del proceso y el resultado de mi proyecto:

Today I'm very happy and want to share with you the completion of my welding project. After a few days and several setbacks, I've achieved what I set out to do. Here's a little bit of the process and the result of my project:
La idea para este proyecto me surgió por el desorden que causan los zapatos en la habitación de mis hijas, ellas comparten habitación y esta, es muy pequeña y la cantidad de zapatos que tienen hace que siempre estén regados por todas partes, entre sus camas queda un espacio de aproximadamente 75 cm, entonces pensé en hacer un estante de este ancho y del alto de la ventana para que ellas pudieran organizar sus zapatos, este estante debe llevar varias divisiones para que puedan organizar bien, en la primera parte de este proyecto mencioné la cantidad de piezas de canilla que debía cortar, lo principal era lograr dos piezas principales y luego continuar con el resto.
The idea for this project came to me because of the mess shoes make in my daughters' room. They share a room, and it's very small, and the number of shoes they have means they're always scattered everywhere. There's only about 75 cm of space between their beds, so I thought about making a shelf this wide and the height of the window so they could organize their shoes. This shelf should have several sections so they can organize them properly. In the first part of this project, I mentioned the number of faucet pieces I had to cut. The main thing was to get two main pieces and then continue with the rest.

Luego de tener listos los dos cuadros principales para mi estante comenzaré a soldar todas las piezas que van a los lados, al principio había pensado como en el dibujo, hacerle divisiones por todos lados, pero pensé en que iba a gastar mucha cabilla y muchos electrodos así que decidí hacerle las divisiones sólo por los lados y ya luego se le pondrá madera o algún otro material para dividir
After I have the two main frames ready for my shelf, I will start welding all the pieces that go on the sides. At first, I had thought about making divisions all over the sides, as in the drawing, but I thought that I would use a lot of rebar and electrodes, so I decided to make the divisions only on the sides and then add wood or some other material to divide it later.

Fui cortando cada trozo de cabilla para colocarle a los lados y soldando una una, en este proceso tuve algunos contratiempos, pero nada que no pudiese resolverse, muchas veces crees haber soldado apenas le das unos golpecitos y la pieza se despega, esto crea mucha frustración, pero poco a poco se va intentando hasta que se logra.
Por más que traté de cuidarme de las quemaduras, hubo un momento en que pensé que la pieza ya estaba fría y mi brazo apenas rozó y me quemé un poco pero por suerte fue muy poco, aprendí que también los pequeños trozos que van quedando de electrodos son útiles, en esos espacios en que la pieza queda un poco separada, puedes agregar algunos pequeños trozos de electrodo y vas soldando y esto se adhieren a la pieza.
I cut each piece of rebar to fit the sides and welded them one by one. I encountered a few setbacks during this process, but nothing that couldn't be resolved. Many times you think you've welded it after just a few taps, and then the piece comes loose. This is very frustrating, but little by little you keep trying until you succeed.
Even though I tried to avoid burns, there was a moment when I thought the piece was already cold, and my arm barely touched it, burning me slightly. Luckily, it was very little. I learned that the small pieces of electrode left over are also useful. In those gaps where the piece is slightly separated, you can add small pieces of electrode and weld them on, and they adhere to the piece.

ya para finalizar, fui examinando cada tramo haciendo cada punto de soldadura bien reforzado, en este proceso me gasté un kilo de electrodos, quizás alguien que tenga experiencia, no gastaría tantos, pero pienso que para ser mi primera vez haciendo un proyecto como este, no gasté tantos, ja ja, y aquí les presento ya mi estante de cabillas terminado
Finally, I inspected each section, reinforcing every weld point. This process used up a kilo of electrodes. Someone with experience might not use so much, but I think for my first time doing a project like this, I didn't use that much, haha. And here I present my finished rebar shelf.

Es bastante satisfactorio cuando logras lo que esos proyectos que te causan temor, pero con mucho esfuerzo, lo logras, estoy muy contenta con el resultado de mi proceso de aprender a soldar, eso es todo por hoy, me despido deseándoles muchas bendiciones, hasta otra oportunidad
