Party Box – Argentina National Team Edition (Esp-Eng)

Como saben en las fiestas infantiles se acostumbra a entregar una cajita con algunas golosinas y pequeños juguetes a los niños invitados, y es algo que esperan con ansias los niños y niñas. Las últimas tendencias en ese sentido es que estas cajitas tengan la misma temática de la fiesta y decoración.

Estoy haciendo algunas propuestas de Papelería Creativa con temáticas y continuando con el Mundial de Futbol 2026, hoy les presento esta Caja para Fiestas, con la Selección de Argentina como protagonista, es muy fácil de realizar, tiene mucha estructura y le voy a realizar un relieve con la identificación del equipo... Bienvenidos.

As you know, it is customary at children's parties to hand out small boxes filled with treats and little toys to the young guests—something the children look forward to with great anticipation. The latest trend in this regard is for these boxes to match the specific theme and decor of the party itself.

I have been putting together some creative stationery designs based on various themes, and—continuing with the 2026 World Cup spirit—today I present to you this Party Box featuring the Argentine National Team. It is very easy to make, offers a sturdy structure, and includes an embossed detail highlighting the team's identity... Welcome!

El diseño de esta caja la tengo en digital, se trata de una cajita estilo McDonald's, aunque el cierre con laterales es diferente, y consta de dos piezas para frente y posterior, y dos piezas para los laterales. Se necesitan dos hojas para cuadrar un pieza de cada una, que se unirán a través de una solapa o pestaña.

El diseño del estampado es un papel digital, que utilicé en la publicación anterior Caja Mundial de Futbol 2026- Selección Argentina, esto con el objetivo de armar un set más completo y coherente en su estilo. Lo imprimo en papel fotográfico por el lado brillante.

I have the digital design for this box on file. It is a small box in the style of a McDonald's Happy Meal container—though the side-flap closure mechanism differs—and it consists of two pieces for the front and back panels, plus two pieces for the side panels. Two sheets of paper are required to print one copy of each piece, which are then joined together using a connecting flap or tab.

The printed pattern features a digital paper design that I previously used in my last post: World Football Box 2026 – Argentina National Team. My goal in doing this was to assemble a more complete and stylistically cohesive set. I print the design on photographic paper, utilizing the glossy side.

📢📢 Debo confesar que este post estuve a punto de no sacarlo porque la foto que correspondía a la impresión y cuando recorté, las perdí al borrar otros archivos. Pero, finalmente me decidí a publicarlo, ya que tenía más fotos de todo el proceso.

Después de imprimir y recortar las piezas con tijera y con cúter en los espacios internos, se puede apreciar muy bien el diseño de la caja, estas dos piezas que se unirán para formar la caja.

📢📢 I must confess that I almost didn't publish this post because I accidentally deleted the photos showing the printout and the pieces after I had cut them out, while I was clearing out other files. However, I ultimately decided to go ahead and publish it, since I still had plenty of other photos documenting the entire process.

After printing the pieces and cutting them out—using scissors for the outer edges and a craft knife for the internal spaces—the box design really comes into focus; these are the two pieces that will be joined together to form the box.

Hay que analizar la caja y realizar las marcas de los doblez con un punzón o con la parte de atrás de una tijera, con cualquier herramienta que tenga algo de filo, pero hay que tener cuidado de no cortar, solo marcar para posteriormente doblar bien cada pieza donde corresponde.

Cada pieza tiene una solapa donde aplico silicón líquido y pego.

You need to examine the box and score the fold lines using an awl or the back of a pair of scissors—or indeed any tool with a somewhat sharp edge. However, be careful not to cut through the material; you should only score it so that you can subsequently fold each piece neatly in the correct place.

Each piece features a flap where I apply liquid silicone to glue it in place.

Ya se forma toda la parte superior de la caja, ahora se coloca silicón líquido en la parte inferior para asegurar bien que no se abra. El silicón líquido trabaja muy bien, estoy bastante satisfecha con este producto, pensaba que tenía que usar silicón caliente, pero me ha gustado mucho este material para trabajar la Papelería Creativa.

The entire upper section of the box has now been assembled; next, liquid silicone is applied to the bottom to ensure it is securely sealed and won't come open. The liquid silicone works very well—I am quite satisfied with this product. I originally thought I would have to use hot glue, but I have really enjoyed working with this material for creative papercraft projects.

El diseño de la caja se ve de esta forma abierto, las dos solapas superiores con una forma decorativa, y los dos laterales que son más largos y abrazan las solapas superiores para asegurarla y cerrar muy bien esta caja.

When opened, the box design looks like this: the two top flaps feature a decorative shape, while the two side flaps are longer and wrap around the top ones to secure them, ensuring the box closes very tightly.

Aunque la caja tiene un estampado bastante llamativo, quise colocarle el nombre de la Selección y el año del Evento deportivo, y para que destaque aún más eso, le coloqué cuadritos de cinta adhesiva doble faz por el reverso, esto le dará dimensión.

Although the box features a rather eye-catching print, I wanted to add the National Team's name and the year of the sporting event; to make this stand out even more, I placed small squares of double-sided tape on the back, which will give it dimension.

El sticker lo pegué sobre cartulina metalizada dorada, que recorté dejando un pequeño borde, y nuevamente apliqué los cuadritos de cinta doble faz en el reverso, y ahora si lo pego en la caja directamente.

El destello o brillo que da la cartulina metalizada no se aprecia muy bien en la foto, pero si destaca mucho cuando la luz le da eventualmente, y el relieve que se logró con las dos piezas separadas por el doble faz, le da bastante dimensión e interés al diseño.

I adhered the sticker onto gold metallic cardstock, which I trimmed to leave a narrow border; I then applied small squares of double-sided tape to the back once again, and finally, I affixed it directly onto the box.

The shimmer or sheen provided by the metallic cardstock does not show up very well in the photo, but it really stands out whenever the light catches it; furthermore, the raised effect achieved by separating the two layers with the double-sided tape adds significant dimension and visual interest to the design.

Así queda lista esta Caja, que amé su diseño, es demasiado tierna, su forma es muy bella, cierra muy bien con los laterales, y el estampado y sticker de la Selección Argentino quedó llamativo.

And just like that, this box is ready! I absolutely loved its design—it’s incredibly cute. Its shape is beautiful, the side flaps close perfectly, and the print and sticker featuring the Argentine National Team turned out really eye-catching.

Así va quedando esta propuesta para decorar las fiestas infantiles con la temática del Mundial de Futbol 2026, con la Selección de Argentina, los Stickers de regalo los coloqué en una bolsita plástica transparente y estoy más que segura que si entregamos este combo a los niños y niñas invitados a la fiesta, van a quedar más que felices.

Here is how this party decoration concept—themed around the 2026 World Cup and featuring the Argentine National Team—is coming together. I placed the bonus stickers inside a small clear plastic bag, and I am absolutely certain that if we hand out this combo to the children invited to the party, they will be absolutely delighted.

A este combo le voy debiendo un Topper para la torta, y tal vez un Centro de Mesa, vamos a ver que será lo siguiente y por supuesto que se los estaré compartiendo.
