Hoy se cierra un ciclo hermoso, un año que se nos fue en un abrir y cerrar de ojos, entre tantas cosas que vivimos a diario ni cuenta nos dimos de lo veloz que transcurrió este 2022.

Today a beautiful cycle closes, a year that left us in the blink of an eye, among so many things that we experience daily, we did not even realize how fast this 2022 passed.

En medio de tantas cosas vividas a lo largo de estos años atrás, por trabajo, pandemia, situaciones personales, ésta es la primera navidad desde hace bastante tiempo donde pude respirar un poco más de paz para disfrutar de la época más bonita del año, la que más me gusta, diciembre, el mes de la navidad. Puedo decir con toda seguridad, que estos días me han proporcionado una sobredosis de bienestar emocional, de paz espiritual, de tranquilidad indescriptible, de alegría y salud mental. Independientemente de las situaciones de escases que vivimos casi siempre, lo que más deseaba era percibir lo que para mí realmente significa la navidad, su esencia, su simbología, su verdadera tradición, de lo que se nutre nuestro espíritu durante estos 31 días.

In the midst of so many things experienced over the past few years, due to work, pandemic, personal situations, this is the first Christmas in a long time where I was able to breathe a little more peace to enjoy the most beautiful time of the year, the I like the most, December, the month of Christmas. I can safely say that these days have given me an overdose of emotional well-being, spiritual peace, indescribable tranquility, joy and mental health. Regardless of the scarcity situations that we almost always experience, what I most wanted was to perceive what Christmas really means to me, its essence, its symbology, its true tradition, what our spirit is nourished by during these 31 days.

Para mí la navidad es sinónimo de paz, alegría, tradiciones y eso es algo que no tiene reversa… lo más importante es celebrar el nacimiento de nuestro Niño Dios brindándole el calor de nuestros hogares, unión familiar, calidez espiritual, sentimientos bonitos, y valores humanos que refuercen cada día la paz que necesita nuestro interior para iniciar una nueva jornada de vida. En resumidas palabras, llegar renovados al año que está por comenzar.

For me, Christmas is synonymous with peace, joy, traditions and that is something that has no reverse... the most important thing is to celebrate the birth of our Child God by offering him the warmth of our homes, family union, spiritual warmth, beautiful feelings, and values. humans who reinforce every day the peace that our interior needs to start a new journey of life. Gracias a la tecnología, las fotografías son hoy en día una de las cosas que más nos caracterizan en nuestro acontecer diario, sobre todo para atesorar recuerdos bonitos, momentos inolvidables, anécdotas felices… es por eso que hoy quiero compartir con ustedes a través de imágenes, algunos momentos de alegría vividos en esta navidad 2022 en la tranquilidad de mi hogar, junto a mi familia y amigos, en paseos, con sus 31 días completos, en medio de la rutina de cada día, y poniéndole paz y alegría a cada actividad realizada… desde la más simple a la más compleja.

Thanks to technology, photographs are today one of the things that most characterize us in our daily life, especially to treasure beautiful memories, unforgettable moments, happy anecdotes... that is why today I want to share with you through images , some moments of joy lived this Christmas 2022 in the tranquility of my home, together with my family and friends, on walks, with its 31 full days, in the midst of the daily routine, and bringing peace and joy to each activity done... from the simplest to the most complex.
