Buenos días mi querida comunidad Holos & Lotus. Hoy quiero hablarles de una nueva experiencia que estoy viviendo desde hace dos semanas, y se trata de la práctica de yoga. Como ya saben, he estado atravesando desde hace meses un estado de ansiedad depresiva que gracias a Dios poco a poco he podido ir superando gracias a todas las terapias recomendadas, algunas en mi caso más efectivas que otras pero todas igualmente positivas y beneficiosas para mi bienestar emocional, espiritual, físico y mental.
Good morning my dear Holos & Lotus community. Today I want to talk to you about a new experience that I have been living for two weeks, and it is the practice of yoga. As you know, I have been going through a state of depressive anxiety for months, which thank God little by little I have been able to overcome thanks to all the recommended therapies, some in my case more effective than others but all equally positive and beneficial for my well-being. emotional, spiritual, physical and mental.
I recently tried marine therapy and it was the one that had the best effect on me, but it is difficult for me to constantly travel to places where there are beaches because the budget and time do not allow it, but whenever I can I do it. This Mother's Day weekend I was able to go, and like the previous time, it was the most pleasant thing for my health. But let's talk about this new therapy that I started 15 days ago and that is giving me a lot of well-being in every way, it's about yoga. The most important thing in the practice of yoga is that the person in charge of instructing us carries out the process with harmony, good vibes, in a suitable and pleasant environment, and with great professionalism.
First of all we must talk a little about this practice, what is yoga? From a historical point of view we can say that yoga is a spiritual discipline that dates back thousands of years and comes from India. It is focused on meditation to heal and liberate not only the spirit, but also the body and mind.
Yoga is a very effective therapy for mental and emotional health since by putting it into practice a close connection between mind, body and breath is achieved. The physical positions adopted during this exercise, the meditation, the flexibility that is being achieved little by little throughout our body and the breathing exercises, can achieve a general healing. Below I will list some of the benefits of yoga in our health:

There are many types of yoga, there are strong ones with quite demanding exercises and postures; but there are also gentle ones, such as integral yoga where three essential exercises are brought together, such as meditation, melody or chants and breathing, this synchrony aims to achieve a high level of relaxation.
To find out which type of yoga is the most appropriate according to our needs, including our abilities, it is important to consult a yoga instructor beforehand so that they can tell us which one they recommend. What he was able to fully assure is that the practice of this allows us to reach a very high level of mental and emotional tranquility, and in my particular case, my anxiety has decreased to a very important degree.
Each session begins with breathing exercises, then comes the postures where we perform balance and flexibility exercises, and finally comes a moment of meditation that provides us with total relaxation of mind, body and spirit. The peace and satisfaction that my body and mind experience during the yoga sessions are as fascinating as those that the therapy in the sea gave me. I have to add to this achievement the environment where the therapy takes place, the group that is very receptive and special, the instructor who is an excellent professional and with great human warmth, the hour (6 in the afternoon) where there is no longer any heat , an open space in contact with nature, the breeze that also plays an important role for breathing exercises, and the songs that transmit an indescribable peace throughout the activity.
