Calidad de vida y los riesgos del adulto mayor. [Esp/Eng]

Saludos, estimada comunidad de hivers de fabulosa, C/Holos Lotus. Estoy agradecido del estimado, Hive account@emiliorios; por esta positiva alternativa de preservar la estabilidad emocional de los adultos mayores. Tengo varios días en estado de ebullición de mi pensamiento, porque no es fácil declarar con cualquier emisión de ideas para construir un contenido que se refiera a la situación de los adultos mayores. Recientemente, me informaron que también se caracteriza la condición de las personas como en “estado de riesgo”. Quede frenado en seco. El motor se me apago y me puse a pensar mi situación. Tengo setenta años cumplidos, recientemente, los disfruto a plenitud, vivo en casa solo, feliz y con sano equilibrio. Es más, estoy solo, es un caso extremo, situación y condición. Mi familia está residenciada fuera de mi ciudad. Mis hijas viven Naguanagua y mi hijo está residenciado en Brasil.

Greetings, dear community of fabulous hivers, C/Holos Lotus. I am grateful to the esteemed, Hive account@emiliorios; for this positive alternative to preserve the emotional stability of older adults. I have several days in a boiling state of my thinking, because it is not easy to declare with any issue of ideas to build a content that refers to the situation of older adults. Recently, I was informed that the condition of people is also characterised as being in a "state of risk". I was stopped in my tracks. My engine died and I started to think about my situation. I am seventy years old, recently completed, I enjoy them to the full, I live at home alone, happy and with a healthy balance. What's more, I am alone, it's an extreme case, situation, and condition. My family lives outside my city. My daughters live in Naguanagua and my son lives in Brazil.

Mantengo un algoritmo de vida que se mantiene vibrando positivamente en estado operativo, funcionando en mi comunidad. Estoy, activamente, relacionado con una red de amistades con equilibrada y saludable convivencia. Trato en lo posible de no convivir o acercarme a las personas tóxicas, sociales, políticas o religiosas. Es sano, convivir con el equilibrio de mis emociones disfrutando de mis setenta años.

I maintain a life algorithm that keeps vibrating positively in an operative state, functioning in my community. I am actively involved in a network of friendships with a balanced and healthy coexistence. I try as much as possible not to live with or get close to toxic people, socially, politically or religiously. It is healthy to live with the balance of my emotions while enjoying my seventy years.

Pero, a lo largo de mi existencia, el registro de las experiencias con la calidad de vida estado de riesgo en el contexto de los adultos mayores, en su gran mayoría, no ha sido favorable. Actualmente, las organizaciones mundiales no gubernamentales están fomentando el programa La salud mental para mejorar las condiciones de vida de los adultos mayores.

But, throughout my existence, the record of experiences with quality-of-life risk status in the context of older adults has, for the most part, not been favourable. Currently, global non-governmental organisations are promoting the Mental Health programme to improve the living conditions of older adults.

Por la característica biológica de la persona, al alcanzar positivamente la edad de los sesenta y más, ingresa a un estado de angustia y desesperación por acercarse al cierre del ciclo vida. Una de las características más frecuentes es la demencia senil o chochera, a la que muchos familiares no soportan y prefieren aislarse de sus padres y madres. Este escenario no es agradable para cualquiera persona que tenga sentido común. Sentir que sus hijos no lo atienden, a veces son atendidos con desgano y desprecio. Si estos ancianos vistan a la hija o al hijo, se siente percibe un cuadro en sus emociones, que es un estorbo y una pesada carga familiar. Porque si le dan, o me dan una mala respuesta, me golpean la psiquis. Esos extremos perjudican la salud mental y queda en estado de riesgo para cruzar una calle, subir un escalón, utilizar el transporte urbano o extraurbano. Sus amistades, sus familiares no están cerca. Si está enfermo no acude al médico. Son unos despojos humanos que subsisten en un mundo lúgubre, en la pestilente indigencia.

Due to the biological characteristic of the person, when he or she reaches the age of sixty and over, he or she enters a state of anguish and despair as he or she approaches the end of the life cycle. One of the most frequent characteristics is senile dementia or chochera, which many family members cannot stand and prefer to isolate themselves from their fathers and mothers. This scenario is not pleasant for anyone with common sense. Feeling that their children do not care for them, sometimes they are cared for with reluctance and contempt. If these elders dress the daughter or the son, you feel you perceive a picture in their emotions, which is a hindrance and a heavy family burden. Because if they give you, or give me a bad answer, they hit my psyche. These extremes damage mental health and leave you in a state of risk to cross the street, climb a step, use urban or extra-urban transport. Your friends and family are not around you. If they are ill, they do not go to the doctor. They are human wrecks who subsist in a gloomy world, in pestilent destitution.

La condición marginal, vulnerable, extrema o riesgo. Desde mi libre, sano y positivo pensamiento, considero que soy discriminado por el sistema social. En el sistema político y social, el comportamiento del liderazgo mundial, es vapuleado por la altura de la ola y no se detiene a buscar la solución de los problemas de los adultos mayores; por el contrario, se dedican a buscar los parchos y la medicina para curar la poli fracturas. Sin embargo, no sanan las heridas de la humanidad y de la condición de extrema discriminación y desatención de la subsistencia del adulto en extremo riesgo.

The marginal, vulnerable, extreme or at-risk condition. From my free, healthy and positive thinking, I consider that I am discriminated by the social system. In the political and social system, the behaviour of the world leadership is beaten by the height of the wave and does not stop to look for a solution to the problems of the elderly; on the contrary, they dedicate themselves to look for patches and medicine to cure the poly fractures. However, they do not heal the wounds of humanity and the condition of extreme discrimination and neglect of the subsistence of the adult at extreme risk.

Existen organismos no gubernamentales que prestan excelente bienestar a los adultos mayores en los ancianatos. Realizan periódicamente visitas de ayuda con magníficos planes integrales de salud mental, como es el caso del Club Rotary de Ciudad Bolívar, Venezuela, en el geriátrico. Es un servicio social, revestido de humanismo, es espectacular porque que proceden con serenatas, fiestas de cumpleaños, entrega de medicinas.

They make regular visits to help with magnificent comprehensive mental health plans, as is the case of the Rotary Club of Ciudad Bolivar, Venezuela, to the geriatric home. It is a social service, with humanism, it is spectacular that they proceed with serenades, birthday parties, delivery of medicines.

Recomendaciones

  Promover la creación de servicios comunitarios de atención que ofrezcan atención de salud y bienestar a los adultos mayores o en extremo riesgo.

  Capacitar profesionales idóneos, competentes para la atención de los ancianos.

  Prevenir el abandono y el maltrato al adulto mayor.

  Fomentar la prevención de la demencia, la depresión y otros desequilibrios emocionales en la situación y condición senil de la persona.
