Me parece bien que está iniciativa sea traída y que sea para todos un llamado a la consciencia que aprendamos a llevar una vida más calmada tratando de tener siempre presente la cantidad de seres humanos que perdieron la vida a causa de este virus el cual nos puso en alerta mundial, que nos llenó de angustia y preocupación a todo el mundo y manteniendo la población en una total pandemia.

La pandemia desde que tuvo comienzo todos adquirimos reglas y nos impusimos hábitos que sirvieron de mucho hubieron quienes desde muy temprano limpiaban la casa, si salían al regresar tenían que bañarse, el uso del tapabocas y el antibacterial eran obligatorios para todos. Fueron normas que se nos hizo costumbre, el mantener la distancia uno contra otro todos estos fueron hábitos que aún algunas personas las mantienen. En mi caso el hábito se me hizo costumbre porque fue lo que nos enseñaron para estar limpios durante la pandemia recuerdo que muchos elaboramos tapabocas de cualquier pieza de tela, yo los realicé y regalé a mis vecinos, familia tantos que aún conservo algunos y en la actualidad aún los uso pues no sabemos lo que viene más adelante.
From the beginning of the pandemic, we all acquired rules and imposed habits on ourselves that were very useful, there were those who cleaned the house very early in the morning, if they went out they had to take a bath when they returned, the use of a mask and antibacterial were obligatory for everyone. These were rules that became a habit, keeping distance from each other, all of these were habits that some people still keep. In my case the habit became a habit because it was what we were taught to be clean during the pandemic, I remember that many of us made masks out of any piece of cloth, I made them and gave them to my neighbors, my family, so many that I still have some and nowadays I still use them because we do not know what is coming next.
Las lecciones que me dejó la pandemia fueron muchas porque la viví en carne propia, tuve que pasar por el Covid para aprender que debemos estar unidos como familia yo tuve la dicha de contar con la mía durante y después de salir del Covid 19 de sacarlo de mi cuerpo y de mi casa. En la pandemia aprendí que no se debe bajar la guardia ante este mal, a mantenerme distante de personas con problemas gripales todo esto por mi edad, no puedo decir que debo aislarme del mundo, sino mantener la distancia otra cosa que aprendí en la pandemia fue cuidar de los míos en especial los más indefensos los niños todas estás lecciones han sido de enseñanza para un futuro.
Esta pandemia nos ha dejado normas y debemos respetarlas y ponerlas en práctica para estar preparados para momentos donde tengamos que vivir una nueva pandemia, fueron dos (2) largos años que tuvimos que vivir acostumbrados a estos hábitos que nos dieron valiosas lecciones de vida. Siempre agradezco a Dios por todo pero ahora tengo que vivir con las secuelas que me dejó el Covid 19 y lo que he tenido que vivir y soportar durante la pandemia.
I had to go through Covid to learn that we must be united as a family, I was fortunate to have mine during and after leaving Covid 19 to get it out of my body and my house. In the pandemic I learned that you should not lower your guard against this disease, to keep my distance from people with flu problems all this for my age, I can not say that I should isolate myself from the world, but keep my distance another thing I learned in the pandemic was to take care of my own, especially the most defenseless children, all these lessons have been teaching for the future.
This pandemic has left us rules and we must respect them and put them into practice to be prepared for times when we have to live a new pandemic, it was two (2) long years that we had to live accustomed to these habits that gave us valuable life lessons. I always thank God for everything but now I have to live with the aftermath of Covid 19 and what I have had to live and endure during the pandemic.
Asi doy por terminado este escrito por hoy pero no sin antes decirles que debemos estar atentos a lo que pueda venir, utilicemos estos hábitos en nuestro diario vivir y hagamos de ellos lecciones para tiempos venideros. La pandemia nos aisló nos mantuvo desorientados pero también nos ayudó a estar más unidos como familia, a llevar una vida calmada, les digo que en mi dejó mucha enseñanza las cuales son practicadas diariamente. Doy agradecimiento a esta querida comunidad por tan maravillosa iniciativa y a ustedes por visitarme, leerme y ser parte de mis escritos.
So I end this writing for today but not before telling you that we must be attentive to what may come, let's use these habits in our daily lives and make them lessons for times to come. The pandemic isolated us, kept us disoriented but also helped us to be more united as a family, to lead a calm life, I tell you that in me it left many teachings which are practiced daily. I thank this dear community for such a wonderful initiative and I thank you for visiting me, reading me and being part of my writings.
