Hola a todos, la verdad amigos luego de disfrutar el muy bien llamado dia del trabajador, hoy domingo es un buen dia para seguir festejando junto a la familia, pero esta ves degustando de un buen asado con mandioca o yuca y una buena ensalada, asimismo dicho asado el mismo contiene, vacio, asado de costilla en tiras de carne de de res, chorizos, morcilla y chinchulin, a la parrilla.
Como bien dije amigos referente a acompñar dicho asado el mismo es con mandioca o yuca, herbida, para cocinar la misma, se agrega una olla con agua en la hornalla de la cocina, luego agregamos la manioca o yuca, luego de que la misma este cocinada le quitamos el agua y lista para acompañar al asado antes mencionado.
Referente a la ensalada, la misma contiene, como base lechuga cortada en trozos pequeños, luego arriba de la misma tomate y de este cebolla cortadas en julianas, condimentada con sal a gusto y aceite de oliva, luego se mesclo todo muy bien.
Bueno como siempre lo digo amigos, que lo mejor para acompañar un asado es una buena ensalada y por supuesto no debe de faltar la mandioca o yuca, compartiendo todo con la familia.

Regarding the salad, it contains, as a base, lettuce cut into small pieces, then on top of it, tomato and onion cut into julienne strips, seasoned with salt to taste and olive oil, then everything is mixed very well.
