Buenos días a todos los que componen esta gran familia, sabemos y como siempre pongo de manifiesto, que los días de semana, también
lo pasamos con la familia, el hecho de gozar de una buena salud y también de degustar un buen almuerzo, como por ejemplo de esta picada, la cual esta compuesta por fiambres, la cual consiste en jamón cocido, salamín picado fino, pavita ahumada, la cual es una de mis preferidas, jamón cocido y queso de maquina, la verdad amigos, esto mas papas, batatas fritas y aceitunas rellenas, con pan de queso, bizcochitos con semillas y para acompañar que mejor que la cerveza, por supuesto bien fría, bueno algunos les agrada el jugo natural de pomelo, coca cola, como se ve en la foto.
Lo mas sabroso de esta picada, son los manís tostados y los palitos salados, la verdad amigos que compartir de esta manera con la familia es una gran forma de preservar como bien dije la unión familiar, al estar charlando y contando anécdotas, del pasado, presente y por supuesto algunos sueños del futuro, que nada seria imposible cuando estamos convencidos de que todo se puede, por eso existe un dicho que dice, la unión hace a la fuerza, por supuesto que en este caso la unión de la familia, mas cuando se trata de compartir una picada tan especial y sabrosa como la que compartimos.
Como bien sabemos amigos si lo que nosotros preparamos como estos fiambres, es porque sabemos lo que estamos degustando por lo tanto de ves en cuando es considerable una picada de esta magnitud, acompañada con pan de ajo, como dije no todos los días, pero una ves por mes nos deja satisfechos.

As we well know friends if what we prepare as these cold cuts, is because we know what we are tasting therefore from time to time is considerable a picada of this magnitude, accompanied with garlic bread, as I said not every day, but once a month leaves us satisfied.
