En la entrada principal del Hospital, se exhibe esta escultura de una mujer que sostiene a su hijo recién nacido con ambas manos, elevándolo más allá de la altura de su cabeza y observándolo fijamente.
At the main entrance of the Hospital, this sculpture of a woman holding her newborn child with both hands is exhibited, raising him beyond the height of her head and staring at him.

La escultura está ubicada en el área social, en un ángulo del jardín cercano a la cafetería. Representa a una hermosa mujer que con una expresión un tanto hierática, expresa (a mi entender) la seriedad y compromiso de la maternidad.
