Espacios sonoros 1 2 3, es una iniciativa de nuestra creativa y alegre @mosa71. La publicación en sí nos trae una ráfaga de alegría, además de una buena zona para la reflexión, el recuerdo y el crecimiento personal.

En particular, la reflexión sobre Espacios sonoros me hizo rebobinar muchos, reminiscencias en las cuales no me había detenido a explorar, porque como principalmente soy visual no ahondé en los que habitan en mis recuerdos. Eso fue antes de percibirlos, según la nomenclatura de @mosa71, "como espacios".

Y, ciertamente, los sonidos crean espacios con su presencia o su ausencia, nutriéndolos con diferentes "personalidades". Basta con imaginarse un estadio durante un juego o vacío. Una concha acústica durante un concierto o sin actividad. Como lectora, comparo esas diferencias con la existente entre una página escrita y una en blanco.

En el video precedente, se escucha un sonido que me llena de vida, me despeja, se lleva mis preocupaciones y según mi estado de ánimo me regala distintas opciones para disfrutarlo.

El mar, es un elemento muy importante en mi vida emocional y espiritual. Con sus espacios sonoros y visuales he creado diversas anclas, pero también los refugios a los cuales las anclas me llevan, para reponer fuerzas o simplemente saltar sobre un mal momento. También puede ser una armoniosa música de fondo para una agradable e íntima conversación.

El agua dulce también crea muy ricos espacios en mí, puedo quedarme largo rato escuchando el parloteo del agua cayendo sobre sobre el agua de una fuente o seguir las cantarinas notas de los surtidores de agua, o el musical evento creado por una fuente ornamental que nutre el silencio de un espacio vacío. Y ¡muy importante! puedo viajar con sus sonidos a lugares de paz y equilibrio.

Estoy de acuerdo al 100% con @belkisa758 en que la naturaleza nos habla a través de sus sonidos, para escuchar sus mensajes sólo debemos estar atentos. También les invito a leerla, exponiendo como sus frecuentes paseos por la montaña le han permitido crecer y crear espacios sonoros únicos.

La naturaleza transmite, nosotros podemos escucharla y desarrollar los canales necesarios para llevar sus mensajes a nuestro mundo interior. Desde allí podemos crear nuestros espacios sonoros y vincularlos a nuestros afectos y logros. Los runrunes del viento entre las ramas y los de las hojas deslizándose sobre el piso o elevándose creando remolinos, los cantos y gorjeos de las aves, las comunicaciones entre los animales; ahí están. Estamos más expuestos a unos que a otros y somos más sensibles a unos que a otros. En la medida que vayamos ampliando nuestro repertorio nos vamos enriqueciendo, vamos ampliando nuestra sensibilidad.

La música construyó su espacio en mí, a través de las voces y guitarras de mis hijos, quienes formaron una banda. Asistí a cuanto ensayo y concierto pude. El menor, tenía 10 años. El mayor 15. Para una sorda musical éste fue un orgullo y un regalo. Dos covers dejaron profundas huellas en mi memoria: "Rayando el Sol" y "A la deriva". La más importante con esta experiencia y la lectura de "El lobo estepario", de Hermann Hesse, nació la música como un significativo espacio, aunque como no sabía lo que hoy sé, simplemente reconocí que estaba iniciándome en el conocimiento del mundo musical.

Finalmente y no por ello en lugar menos importante está el uso de la palabra como acogedor ámbito para aliviar tensiones y superar tristezas, o para dar ánimo o seguridad. Al igual que la amiga @aurodivys, tengo grabadas en mi mente y en mi corazón, parte de una oración que con frecuencia recitaba mi finado padre: "Viva Jesús Sacramentado. Viva y de todos sea amado". Es un ancla afectiva, espiritual y muy afectiva para diluir los sentimientos negativos. Con ella me llega la voz de mi padre recitándola y su recia fe.

Me extendí bastante en el tema. ¡Me emocioné! Resulta que tenía más para compartir de lo que yo misma creía. Anímense a explorar sus espacios sonoros, pueden ser una revelación. ¡Los quiero mucho!

Sound Spaces 1 2 3, is an initiative of our creative and joyful @mosa71. The publication itself brings us a burst of joy, as well as a good area for reflection, recollection and personal growth.

In particular, the reflection on Sound Spaces made me rewind many, reminiscences in which I had not stopped to explore, because as I am mainly visual I did not delve into the that live in my memories. That was before perceiving them, according to @mosa71's nomenclature, "as spaces".

And indeed, sounds create spaces with their presence or absence, nurturing them with different "personalities". Just imagine a stadium during a game or empty. A band shell during a concert or no activity. As a reader, I compare those differences to the difference between a written page and a blank page.

In the above video, a sound is heard that fills me with life, clears me up, takes away my worries and, depending on my state of mind, gives me different options to enjoy it.

The sea is a very important element in my emotional and spiritual life. With its sound and visual spaces I have created various anchors, but also the shelters to which the anchors take me, to regain strength or simply jump over a bad moment. It can also be a harmonious background music for a pleasant and intimate conversation.

I agree 100% with @belkisa758 that nature speaks to us through its sounds, to listen to its messages we just have to be attentive. I also invite you to read it, exposing how his frequent walks in the mountains have allowed him to grow and create unique sound spaces.

Nature transmits, we can listen to it and develop the necessary channels to carry its messages to our inner world. From there we can create our sound spaces and link them to our affections and achievements. The rustles of the wind between the branches and those of the leaves sliding on the ground or rising creating eddies, the songs and chirps of birds, the communications between animals; they are there. Finally, and not least, is the use of the word as a welcoming environment to relieve tension and overcome sadness, or to give encouragement or security. Like my friend @aurodivys, I have engraved in my mind and in my heart, part of a prayer that my late father frequently recited: "Long live Jesus Sacramentado. Long live and be loved by all." It is an affective, spiritual and very affective anchor to dilute negative feelings. With it comes the voice of my father reciting it and his strong faith.
