Buenos días a todos, teniendo en cuenta que hemos tenido un fin de semana bastante movido, por el hecho de que al haber elecciones, el día domingo, que mejor que comenzar la semana con una comida un poco rejuntada como lo es por ejemplo la carne y chorizos mas la ensalada que se hizo ahora, la cual contiene remolacha, huevo duro, tomate y lechuga condimentad con bastante limón y sal a gusto.
Por tal motivo, he preparado el mismo con bastante verduras y frescas, la cual nos hace bastante bien.
