South East Refining operated a mint in Panama City, Florida from March 1980 to December 1982. It was the short time frame for which it operated, and not much is known about the business. It created a few bars and rounds in its time of existence.
Only two silver rounds are known to have been made by the business. Both with silver rounds had eagles on the obverse.
The first one was an eagle soaring above the skies, and the second, an eagle resembles the reverse of gold coins from Coronet. They are both minted with 999 Fine Silver but neither round has a date.

Both are hard to find vintage round.
South East Refining Eagle Trade Round BU
This is the Coronet Eagle 1 troy oz trade silver round. An eagle resembling the one on the Liberty Dollar is shown on the obverse. With three arrows in its grasp, the eagle is poised atop an olive branch. "1 TROY OUNCE" is the weight of the bottom inscription, while the top name of the mint is "SOUTH EAST REFINING, INC."
This is my 1880 US Gold $5 Liberty Head Half Eagle.
The scales, a common motif on trade unit silver rounds, are the main feature of the reverse. The scales are angled and have a more straightforward and simplt design than many other trade rounds. The words "S.E.R..999 FINE SILVER" are written above the scales and represent the round's composition and the mint's initials. The mint's location, Panama City, Florida, "P.C. FLA.", is indicated in the lower inscription.
