En lo particular me cohibia de muchas cosas, algunas veces ponía siempre como prioridad los detalles y el tiempo para los demás y me olvidaba de mi misma, aún más cuando nos convertimos en madres y padres, ya que siempre damos prioridad a las cosas que necesitan nuestros hijos olvidandonos de nosotros mismos.
Pero desde un tiempo para acá he ido comprendiendo lo que es el verdadero #amorpropio, ese que nace cuando nos aceptamos tal cual somos, amando nuestras virtudes y defectos, cuando decidimos darnos nuevas oportunidades en nuestras vidas, amarnos primero nosotros para poder amar a los demás, así es como siento y pienso que es el amor propio.
Por eso decidí desde un tiempo autoregalarme cosas para mí, salir y disfrutar de un helado cuando lo desee, compartir con amistades y mi familia para recrearme y esparcir mi mente, dedicarme tiempo y sobre todo vivir la vida a plenitud.
In particular I was self-conscious of many things, sometimes I always put as a priority the details and time for others and I forgot about myself, even more when we become mothers and fathers, since we always give priority to the things that our children need, forgetting about ourselves.
But for some time now I have been understanding what is the true self love, the one that is born when we accept ourselves as we are, loving our virtues and defects, when we decide to give ourselves new opportunities in our lives, loving ourselves first to be able to love others, that's how I feel and think that is self-love.
That's how I feel and think is self-love. That's why I decided for some time to give myself things for myself, to go out and enjoy an ice cream whenever I want, to share with friends and family to recreate and spread my mind, to dedicate time to myself and above all to live life to the fullest.
Es así como quiero darle respuesta a las siguientes interrogantes dejadas por la bella amiga en su iniciativa :

3. ¿Cuentanos cuál fue ese regalo, fue algo físico o una felicidad plena?

1. ¿Consideras que es importante autoregalarte algo?
Claro que sí lo considero necesario y de mucha importancia, puesto que permite amarme, respetarme, valorarme, y dedicarme tiempo y espacio para mí misma. Esto me permite sentirme bien conmigo misma, además de tener un buen estado emocional. Aunque el regalo sea algo material nos satisface y hace sentir alegre.
1. ¿Do you think it is important to give yourself something as a gift?
Of course I consider it necessary and very important, since it allows me to love myself, respect myself, value myself, and dedicate time and space for myself. This allows me to feel good about myself, besides having a good emotional state. Even if the gift is something material, it satisfies us and makes us feel happy.

Puedo decir que ambas, ya que los autoregalos son para mí uso personal y para resaltar mi toque feminista en cualquier ocasión. Pude comprarme algunos labiales, un perfume, un rimel, una crema para el cuidado del cabello, y dos relojes, los cuales puedo usar para mejorar mi aspecto físico y esto conlleva a sentirme bien conmigo misma, no quiere decir que no esté a gusto con mi cuerpo o mi apariencia, todo lo contrario es para aumentar mi autoestima y bienestar emocional. Esto me hace sentir plenamente feliz y satisfecha conmigo misma.
Me amo y acepto tal cual soy, una mujer con muchas cualidades, habilidades, fortalezas y debilidades que ha decidido amarse, consentirse y dedicarse su propio tiempo.
Tell us what that gift was, was it something physical or a full happiness ?
I can say both, since self gifts are for my personal use and to highlight my feminist touch in any occasion. I was able to buy some lipsticks, a perfume, a mascara, a hair care cream, and two watches, which I can use to improve my physical appearance and this leads to feel good about myself, it does not mean that I am not comfortable with my body or my appearance, on the contrary it is to increase my self-esteem and emotional well-being. This makes me feel fully happy and satisfied with myself.
I love and accept myself as I am, a woman with many qualities, abilities, strengths and weaknesses who has decided to love herself, pamper herself and dedicate her own time to herself.
