les saludo con mucho cariño y mucho respeto es mi primera vez por acá, muchas gracias por abrirme las puertas de esta hermosa casa, hoy quiero compartirles estas líneas inspiradas en la iniciativa de 
Hablar de Valores propios y que se consideran fundamentales para definir lo que somos como personas es algo que me ha puesto a pensar, ya qué es algo que vamos adquiriendo a medida que vamos creciendo y también vamos aprendiendo con las etapas de vida.
Cuando somos muy chiquitos vamos escuchando sobre los valores, incluso en la etapa escolar los maestros hacen su parte enseñándonos lo que son los valores, pero no vemos como el aplicarlos a nuestra vida podrán abrirnos muchas puertas, si los tomamos como un estilo de vida y no simplemente teorías.
Desde muy pequeña mi madre me inculcó muchos valores, algunos eran muy fáciles de formar, otros si me costaron mucho más, pero hubo uno en particular qué siento que se quedó ligado a mi alma y que hasta este día forma parte de lo que soy, y es el de la responsabilidad.

Talking about our own values and that are considered fundamental to define who we are as people is something that has made me think, because it is something that we acquire as we grow up and we also learn with the stages of life.
When we are very young we hear about values, even in the school stage teachers do their part teaching us what values are, but we do not see how applying them to our lives can open many doors, if we take them as a lifestyle and not just theories.
From a very young age my mother instilled many values in me, some were very easy to form, others cost me much more, but there was one in particular that I feel that remained linked to my soul and that to this day is part of who I am, and that is responsibility.
Desde que tengo memoria y uso de razón he sido una persona responsable, cuando era más joven mi mamá solía delegarme ciertos compromisos en la casa, ella salía a trabajar y yo era la responsable de mantener el orden de las cosas, evitar que mi hermano hiciera desorden, incluso a veces me asignaba tareas en la cocina como picar ciertos vegetales o aliños para que cuando ella llegara del trabajo eso estuviera adelantado, yo era muy eficiente y además responsable a mis asignaciones.
Soy de trazarme metas personales qué a corto plazo me generen buenos resultados, para ello debo aplicar el valor de la responsabilidad y apegarme a ella para lograr el cumplimiento debido, creo que esas pequeñas responsabilidades que me encargaba mi mamá me ayudaron a ejercitar mucho este valor y hacerlo parte de mí.
El ser responsable conmigo misma me llevará a ser responsable con mi entorno, una persona que se apega a sus valores tendrá mayor probabilidad de lograr sus objetivos y metas.
En el liceo y la universidad siempre fui responsable en la entrega de mis tareas, en mis trabajos fui una persona honesta y a la cual se le podía confiar responsabilidades porque asumía el compromiso de que las ejecutaría, eso es algo por lo cual me caracterizo.
Since I can remember and use of reason I have been a responsible person, when I was younger my mom used to delegate me certain commitments at home, she went out to work and I was responsible for maintaining the order of things, prevent my brother to make disorder, sometimes she even assigned me tasks in the kitchen like chopping certain vegetables or dressings so that when she came home from work that was ahead, I was very efficient and also responsible to my assignments.
I am a person who sets personal goals that in the short term generate good results, for this I must apply the value of responsibility and stick to it to achieve due compliance, I think that those small responsibilities that my mom gave me helped me to exercise this value and make it part of me.
Being responsible with myself will lead me to be responsible with my environment, a person who sticks to his values will be more likely to achieve his objectives and goals.
In high school and college I was always responsible in the delivery of my homework, in my work I was an honest person who could be trusted with responsibilities because I assumed the commitment that I would execute them, that is something that characterized me.
¿Soy fiel a mis valores?
Sí, y no solo soy fiel, sino que la responsabilidad es uno de los valores con lo cual me defino como persona, me apego a él y trato de en lo posible vivir siendo responsable en todo, si no puedo hacer algo o sé que no voy a poder cumplir con ello de una vez digo que no podré, porque no me gusta comprometerme con algo y no tener la responsabilidad de cumplir con ello. Al final de todo serás reconocido por los valores que desarrollas como persona.

¿Cuáles valores consideras son importantes para que tengas amor propio?
Confianza, paciencia, lealtad, creo que la combinación de estos valores es una bomba, qué nos harán qué nuestro amor sea algo fuerte y sólido, qué me han ayudado a tener convicciones fuertes e inquebrantables.
Confianza en todo lo que hago, creer en mis cualidades y habilidades, tener paciencia en que las cosas llegarán a su debido momento, el saber esperar que las cosas sucederán cuando tenga que pasar mientas tanto debo tener lealtad a las cosas que he creído, a mis convicciones y a mis ideales.
What values do you consider important for you to have self-love?
Trust, patience, loyalty, I believe that the combination of these values is a bomb, which will make our love something strong and solid, which have helped me to have strong and unbreakable convictions.
Trust in everything I do, to believe in my qualities and abilities, to have patience that things will come in due time, to know how to wait for things to happen when they have to happen while I must have loyalty to the things I have believed in, to my convictions and to my ideals.
Y bueno, esos serían los valores que integran mi vida que me generan amor propio y que trato de cada día fomentarlos a mi vida, el que me conoce sabe que si me propongo algo lo cumplo y que soy responsable en eso.
