Amazon has been letting me down a fair bit in recent times, I am not sure what the deal is but I am not happy about it.
So I do this blogging stuff on hive, on top of my own accounts I am also responsible for other projects, I take that fairly seriously and I want to do everything I can to be secure to protect all them funds.
I was looking to get a mini laptop that I would use excusive for my hive activity, I found something that looked neat on Amazon and 8 inch laptop with some reasonable specs for it's size and perfect for the job.
One day delivery awesome right!
I am excited and looking forward to getting it and it finally shows earlier today, I unpack and boot and the screen is staying black I keep trying but no luck, I then plug the HDMI in and I see the computer is working but the issue is that the display is not working the connector must have come loose or is faulty not the less I got a basically dead on arrival laptop.
Sure I can get my money back but I have to pack and take it to the postal then wait for up to a month to get my money back, if that ain't bs and shit customer service I don't know what is.
I will now look for other options as I am not looking to give amazon any more money.
