Hello, I really felt sorry for myself and others when I read this statement. I am still not sure exactly which publication you are referring to (but I am going to look for it right away) and I would still like to know more about the matter, I don't intend to expand much personally but I want to emphasize that I was an addict and a person who was in a street situation for several months and this does not make me stronger or more special or important than anyone else but still I know that my words, facts or ideas would be of great help to anyone, I have gone through really difficult times ALONE therefore if it is in my hands to give someone help I will do it without any problem and with great pleasure.

On the other hand in answer to your questions;
What do you think about the idea of mental health ambassadors?
• Easy, we can all do our bit here and that's what this community is for, to provide moral support to anyone in any situation.
Are there other ways we can encourage comments on posts from those who are struggling?
• Bro, I could not tell you exactly what to do about it because let's be honest, some people make posts and (I speak for myself) I find them dramatic and sometimes out of context which simply makes me not read the whole thing and lose interest, however knowing this I think we can take a little more awareness in this regard and devote the necessary minutes to each publication.
Am I being too harsh in my evaluation and expectations?
Have you ever seen someone soft succeed?
Have you seen someone with low expectations reach the chasm?
ME EITHER! So let's get to work.
