This post has come from one of my very old posts on Hive when we had the Cook With Us competitions
If this is successful then I can bring some of those old posts back - or otherwise, I will need to start again and prepare some meals for a Tuesday post - I am happy to do this - it's just been so hot lately and we've been having toast with eggs, scrambled, boiled, fried etc. for dinners.
Made a lovely chicken curry stew for the family

For lunch we had cold meats and salad. Eden taught me how to make an attractive rose with the salami - using a wine glass.

For lunch we had a selection of cold meat and cheese with a baked potato. Guerkin and a plum on the side.
It's good to be back home and to be creative with food again.
So, lets give this a try and hope I don't get accused of copying my own posts.
