Okay so in this Chapter Isaac Clarke will try to keep the USG Ishimura A planet cracker class ship from being torn apart to smithereens from the incoming meteor shower. Also in this chapter Isaac will run into his largest enemy yet so far in the game which is the Brute so be sure to stock up on ammunition and health packs.
Also find a level 3 suit schematic which I suggest you do first before meeting happened on the bridge cause post that you in for a big battle.
Meet Hammond on the Bridge
Once you meet Hammond and he tells you to power up the ADS Canon which is required to shoot down incoming meteorites. The ADS has three main power sources that needs to be turned on before you can get the Canon working.
Activate the elevators
To reach the ADS power source you will first need to activate the Atrium elevators. You will have access to 3 different floors each of which contains A ADS power source.
Reroute ADS Power 1/3
Use the atrium elevator to go down, on your way to the save station you will find a contact beam schematic. Once you enter the ship systems you'll find your first ADS power module at the end of the room.
Reroute ADS power 2/3
Get back into the Atrium elevator and make your way to the next floor to the mining administration's room where at the end of the room he will fight the second power supply. BTW you are going to meet a butt load of baddies here and there I just not mentioning them out here 🤣 I want you to freak out and shit your pants LOL
Reroute ADS Power 3/3
Again get back into the elevator and on to the next floor where you will find a few lockers and save station oh and also the third ADS power source of course.
Destroy the Asteroids
Next up is the fun part, now that all three power sources are active you get to use the ADS cannon and blow up the incoming asteroids. Oh but before you get there you are going to be exposed to the outer space doing a quick ik space walk so you will have limited air supply and you will need to duck behind cover from the incoming asteroids so try to be as quick as possible in this part because you pretty much have limited air supply and you will end up getting killed once or twice like me 😂
Once you have access to the ADS cannon you go have at it with the incoming asteroids. Don’t over do it because the cannon overheats and will not let you fire for a few seconds and boy oh boy you do not want that at all.
Go to the tram station
Once you're done with the Canon all you need to do is head back out on the spacewalk which is pretty easier now since you don't have asteroids coming at you but you do have Necromorphs coming at you this time so I suggest just making a run for it and head back out into the tram and move on to the next chapter.
Also I kind of finished Dead space yesterday and I'm just compiling the videos and notes for the other upcoming posts and oh boy there’s quite a few of them and I just finished downloading and installing Dead Space 2 today so gonna start with that later tonight.
4/12 post left of Dead Space 1 😂 I'll prolly end up finishing Dead Space 2 & 3 by the time I reach the final post of Dead Space 1
