Chapter 8: Search and Rescue
You must fix the Comms Array and destroy The Sluggish Boss in order to contact the USM Valor for help. Sadly the USM Valor meets its demise when it recovers the escape pod that was launched back in Chapter 4.
This Escape Pod crashes into the USG Ishimura which causes a signal disruption which allows Hammond to contact Isaac. Later on Hammond informs Isaac and Kendra that there is a shuttle they can use to escape (About Fucking Time) although it requires a singularity core (Yeah Like We Didn’t See That Coming) which can be salvaged from the ruins of the USM Valor P.S More Ugly Looking Necromorphs. Isaac then heads to the tram which will bring him to the debris of the USM Valor and your onto Chapter 9
Chapter 9: Dead on Arrival
In this chapter you’re going to be on board the USM Valor, a Marine spacecraft till half way through the chapter. The ship already is flood with Necromorphs so make sure to have upgrades done on your weapons (Which Is Pretty Obvious) after picking up the escape pod with had a Slasher inside it which was fired from the Ishimura by Hammond way back in Chapter 4.
Now Isaac must find a Singularity Core which is onboard the USM Valor in order to repair the shuttle discovered on the USG Ishimura by Hammond. Later on Isaac finds the Core and Hammond gets killed by an Enhanced Brute (Wasn’t Really Expecting Him To Die Uggh) Isaac kills the Brute and manages to escape the exploding vessel with the precious component which is the Singularity Core.
