Welcome to my post once again, I'm Nitsu and since a few months ago I'm trying to find new games, new experiences but not from big developers with capital to create games but from Indies companies, from people with limited resources to design games where many times this limitation allows them to focus more on certain sections to squeeze the most of their capabilities.

Bienvenidos a mi post una vez más, soy Nitsu y ya desde hace algunos meses estoy intentando encontrar nuevos juegos, nuevas experiencias pero no de grandes desarrolladoras con capital para crear juegos sino de empresas Indies, de gente con recursos acotados para diseñar juegos en donde muchas veces esta limitación permite que se enfoquen en más en ciertos apartados para exprimir al máximo sus capacidades.

To begin with, Never Alone is a short game with no more than 5 hours of duration unless you get stuck somewhere, that could lengthen it a little more. At times I doubt if this could be called a game, it clearly is, but I feel it's more of an excuse to tell a story, to show a reality present in our present day and bring in a culture that many of us are not familiar with.

The concept art of the game is very nice and although its story is not about a great feat that has saved the world if it is about a girl accompanied by a fox who had the courage to save his village from a storm that hit them for weeks, it is not always necessary a great threat or a chosen hero to create a good story, often the acts of bravery are found in the little things.

It can be played locally cooperatively, one player can be the girl and the other the fox, both players have different skills that complement each other to overcome the puzzles that do not present a major challenge.

The setting of each area is fantastic, not only will we go through the snow, we will also have to dodge large icebergs, escape from the stomach of a whale or circumvent ruined structures while being chased by spirits. Each space is unique and has its great influence on things from real life; I highly recommend that you watch the videos/documentaries only after finishing the game as I feel it is a better experience, first to understand everything and secondly because sometimes they show you parts of the game that you haven't played yet.
La ambientación de cada zona es fantástica, no solo iremos por la nieve, también tendremos que sortear grandes icebergs, escapar del estómago de una ballena o sortear estructuras en ruina mientras somos perseguidos por espíritus. Cada espacio es único y tiene su gran influencia en cosas de la vida real; Recomiendo encarecidamente que miren los videos/ documentales recién al finalizar el juego ya que siento que es una mejor experiencia, primero para entender todo y segundo porque a veces te muestran partes del juego que todavía no jugaste.
It has some bugs or clichés that can distract or frustrate you when playing and I remember that on several occasions I cut the game session out of frustration with some error of the game itself, but otherwise I feel that everything is very well done, with dedication and love.
Tiene algunos bugs o clichés que pueden distraerte o frustrarte a la hora de jugar y recuerdo que en varias ocasiones corte la sesión de juego por frustración frente a algún error del propio juego, pero por lo demás siento que todo está muy bien hecho, con dedicación y amor.

A mechanic that seems to me very original and well used are the blizzards, every so often we whip, in some areas, a strong wind where we have to lie down on the ground to avoid being dragged backwards, but sometimes and certain puzzles, we will have to use this blizzard at the right time to jump and propel us forward or backward and I do not remember having seen this in any other game.
Una mecánica que me parece muy original y bien usadas son las ventiscas, cada cierto tiempo nos azotara, en algunas zonas, un fuerte viento donde tendremos que tumbarnos al suelo para evitar que nos arrastre hacia atrás, pero, en ocasiones y determinados puzles, tendremos que usar esta ventisca en el momento justo para saltar y que nos impulse hacia delante o hacia atrás y no recuerdo haber visto esto en ningún otro juego.
To conclude I want to say that I recommend this game if you are looking for something different or if you have little time to play because with a few short sessions you could finish it, take a nice experience and meet this Alaskan community that has survived until today. This game is on steam and I would say buy it on sale because for the duration and difficulty the normal price seems a bit excessive, also has a separate DLC that I understand that is very short and I do not plan to buy.
Para concluir quiero decir que recomiendo este juego si estas buscando algo diferente o si contas con poco tiempo para jugar ya que con algunas sesiones cortas podrías terminarlo, llevarte una linda experiencia y conocer a esta comunidad de Alaska que ha sobrevivido hasta la actualidad. Este juego está en steam y diría que lo compres en oferta porque por la duración y dificultad el precio normal me parece algo excesivo, también cuenta con un DLC aparte que tengo entendido que es muy corto y no pienso comprar.
