Me prepare mentalmente, recordaba que en su momento ODIN había sido muy difícil y me había tomado varios intentos pero en esta ocasión había explorado mejor los diferentes mundo consiguiendo más manzanas por ende tenia la vida de mi personaje mejorada y también conseguí más y mejores habilidades para superar los obstáculos que se me presentaban. Desde el nexo en Ginnungagap (El vacío) me dirigí hacia la ultima puerta de la zona y accedí a ella, caminé por el puente y parecido eterno, mientras caminaba la música iba en aumento, pero seguía siendo suave. Al final del camino me encontré frente a frente con Odín el padre de todo.

La batalla comenzó, el patrón de ataques de Odin consistía en tirar su lanza la cual se convertían en tres lanzas de luz que nos persiguen, nosotros deberemos esquivar una a una e intentar aprovechar los momentos libres para golpear a Odin, el problema es que cada vez que hace este ataque luego Odin con un momento rápido se aleja de nuestra posición asi que tendremos que ser rápidos para llegar e intentar asestar todos los golpes posibles o en su defecto utilizar la habilidad que nos da velocidad. Si una de esta lanzas nos golpea nos generara un daño masivo y aun teniendo los mejores reflejos estoy seguro que cualquier persona recibiría un golpe, lo bueno es que cuento con una habilidad que recupera parte de mi vida para continuar en la batalla.

Mientras más tardemos en derrotarlo peor será para nosotros ya que Odin posee la habilidad de hacer aparecer hasta dos JOTUMS que hemos derrotado y esto nos atacaran con sus tan características habilidades así que hay que estar atento a ganar esta batalla rápido y a su vez usar la memoria para recordar el patrón de ataque de nuestros anteriores enemigos vencidos. Para ser sinceros la primera vez que luche contra Odin la batalla se me hizo larguísima pero como esta vez estaba más preparado pude superarlo al segundo intento y logre generar bastante daño en poco tiempo para evitar la dificultad cuando comenzará a hacer aparecer a otros enemigos.

Una vez lo derrotamos el mismísimo ODIN nos dice que hemos podido impresionar a los dioses en eso él se aleja a una esquina del mapa y vemos bajar a seis valquirias, nos dirigimos al centro para ser escoltados a nuestro gran y anhelado premio ¡El valhalla! Mientras ascendemos recordamos nuestro sufrimiento, esfuerzo y hazañas a lo largo de esta aventura habiendo podido probarnos frente a frente contra ODIN y así llegando hasta ese palacio dorado donde se encuentra todos los guerreros caídos honorablemente en combate allí en el gran salón de Odin, Thora se deleitara con grandes banquetes y batallas hasta el fin del mundo en el Ragnarok.
What did you think of my adventure in JOTUM? I hope I have transmitted to you the same passion and desire of discovery that I had when playing and understanding the Norse mythology. Apart from being a great game it is very faithful to the stories and myths so we will have the possibility to know and learn more about the fantastic history of the Vikings.
¿Qué les parecido mi aventura en JOTUM? Espero poder haberles transmitido la misma pasión y ganas de descubrimiento que tuve a la hora de jugar y entender la mitología nórdica. Aparte de ser un gran juego es muy fiel a los relatos y mitos asi que tendremos la posibilidad de conocer y aprender más sobre la fantástica historia de los vikingos.
