A very hardy, easy to grow perennial. Plant it just once and not only will it come back each and every year, it will spread itself around and grow in other places. Garlic chives differ from regular chives in that they are flat, like grass, not hollow tubes. Asian cooking calls for garlic chives frequently. The best part is the unbelievable taste. You wouldn't think that this flat herb that looks like a piece of grass could taste so much like garlic. Real garlic. Its crazy. So what can you make....not a particular recipe here, just ideas.
Pick some and eat them raw. Just eat them.
