This is my Garden Journal Update for November. The harvest season has finished along with the daily processing to preserve the fruits of my labor. What a bountiful year I had! It seems like I have been putting something up for the #pantry shelves since the middle of May when all the cabbages were large enough.
I promised I would do an Inventory of everything that I #canned, #dehydrated, and froze from my own garden. Below is a list that I kept track of throughout the process.

These shelves are located in a spare room which is my 2nd pantry for excess goods. The main pantry is off the kitchen where most of the #canning products are located for easy access.

It was certainly a very busy growing season, and my shelves are filled to the brim. I couldn't be any happier with the results; I put up so many products that I will probably grow a lot less next summer. But then again you know how us gardeners can be. Those seeds are so tiny, right?
