After some time without posting, friends, due to various setbacks since I moved back in with my husband, I've barely had time to go to my uncle's house where I have my pumpkin plants to complete my entry for his 2025 challenge.
To be honest, I thought I wouldn't find the plants, but they're still there, although not very successful in terms of harvest. There's only a very small crop, and as we say around here, it's past its prime (not developing properly). But the important thing is that when it's ready to harvest, I'll be able to make a recipe with it. I have several in mind, but since I don't have the financial resources right now, I'll try to make a good one with few ingredients, but no less delicious for that.
I'm still hoping for a bigger harvest since there are a good number of blossoms and there's still time, although I should make the most of it. I'll share more in another post if I get more. I must thank my friends and
for the opportunity to participate in the 2025 pumpkin challenge, as well as the #HiveGarden community, since the posts for it are made here.
