Cuando estamos en la puesta en marcha de nuestro emprendimiento nos vamos a encontrar con cosas que no sabíamos, procesos, materiales, cosas que influiran en el desarrollo de nuestras metas ya sean estas buenas o malas. Aceptando y evaluando esto entramos en esa etapa de aprendizaje.
También debemos aprender a tener liderazgo porque hay emprendimientos que solo nos involucran a nosotros o mas bien no buscamos apoyo ni delegamos en otros las actividades. Por lo tanto debemos desarrollar esa capacidad para que los demás nos apoyen a llevar a cabo las actividades para cumplir las metas.
Enamorarnos y lograr enamorar a otros con nuestro producto o servicio, nos va a graduar de lideres.
Administración a tiempo
Esto es fundamental tanto en la vida diaria como en la parte laboral, cuando emprendemos cometemos el error de permitir que esto abarque la mayor parte de nuestra vida y nuestro tiempo.
Debemos hacer una planificación, colocar horarios para las tareas, tratar de separar lo laboral de lo personal, hacer una administración a tiempo de todas las actividades, porque así tendremos un mejor manejo de la parte emocional y de lo laboral y evitamos estallar en un descontrol de cosas por falta de administración.

Un emprendimiento NO ACABA cuando llega al mercado y es exitoso, el emprendedor NO MUERE ya que debe estar a la vanguardia del mercado ya sea los nuevos servicios de la competencia, debe estar pendiente hacia donde apunta las estrategias de mercadeo, que productos o servicios complementan su negocio.
Si esto no se hace vamos quedando obsoletos en el ámbito del mercado.
En fin, llevar a cabo un emprendimiento nos hace conocer la realidad, de la gestión publica en cuanto a permisos y licencias, de lo duro que puede ser el mercadeo y la competencia, de lo que nos toca a aprender en contabilidad y tributaria.
Es un proceso difícil pero no imposible.
