Hello to all the members of this community! About a month ago, I told you that I had the opportunity to attend a bazaar as an exhibitor, and that encouraged me to launch my virtual store, where I usually offer products made by me, from bags, rag dolls, and clothing. Part of those changes was the logo update of my business, as well as the printing of it to give it away at future exhibitions.
As the day approached, I realized I didn't have any bags to deliver the products. I've been to many bazaars and shopped a few times, running into exhibitors who apologize for not having a bag, as well as those who give you a personalized bag, which makes the purchase more special. Since I didn't have much time, I thought I'd make something simple and quick. To do this, I managed to get hold of a sheet of Kraft paper, which is perfect for crafting, so I thought I'd make some envelope-style bags.
For this, I didn't have a set size, so I simply distributed the paper so that I could get some envelopes in which I could fit all my folded products (the ones I would carry, for the most part, were soft cloth bags).
As I mentioned, it was going to be simple, so I just glued the edges of the paper together with school glue, and since the paper was thin, it dried pretty quickly. I ended up with a total of 10 bags, plus a couple of small ones I took from a scrap piece of kraft paper I had stashed away, so I was pretty satisfied because I had about that many bags available.
To identify it, I decided to stick my store's logo on it, which I had printed beforehand. Since adhesive paper wasn't available at the store where I printed it, I had to resort to using transparent Contact paper, placing it over the logo and using the edge to stick to the paper. It turned out quite well, protected by the plastic.
That way, I was able to get the bags for my fabric items in time. I was pleased with how they turned out, as not only did the bags fit neatly folded, but I could also use them for simple clothing items, as well as adding some extra gifts. Best of all, it was quite inexpensive to make ✨
These types of envelopes also work for small items like jewelry (for that, I'll use the small bags I had leftover). At first, I thought about drawing my shop's logo directly on the paper, but with the adhesive, I think it turned out pretty well. As of this writing, I'm thinking about writing some inspirational messages or a "Thank you for your purchase" with a marker.
Right now, I'm working on new projects, so I'm happy to have these bags ready for when it's time to make deliveries. Having a business can be difficult, but if you put love into what you do, it won't seem like hard work. ¡Hola a todos los integrantes de esta comunidad! Hace como un mes, les hablé que tuve la oportunidad de asistir a un bazar en calidad de expositora y eso, me animó a poner en movimiento mi tienda virtual, en la cual, suelo ofrecer productos elaborados por mí, desde bolsos, muñecas de trapos y ropa. Parte de esos cambios, fue la actualización del logo de mi emprendimiento, así como la impresión del mismo para entregarlo en futuras exposiciones.
Mientras se acercaba el día, me di cuenta de que no tenía bolsas para entregar los productos. He asistido a muchos bazares y he comprado unas cuantas veces, topándome con expositores que se disculpan por no tener una bolsa, así como aquellos que te hacen entrega de una bolsa personalizada, lo cual hace la compra más especial. Como no disponía de mucho tiempo, pensé en elaborar algo sencillo y rápido. Para ello, logré conseguir una lámina de papel Kraft, la cual es perfecta para trabajos manuales, así que pensé en elaborar unas bolsas tipo sobre.
Para ello, no tenía uno tamaño establecido, así que simplemente distribuí el papel, de modo que me pudieran salir unos sobres en los que pudiera caber todos mis productos doblados (los que llevaría, en su mayoría, eran bolsos de tela suave).
Como mencioné, sería algo sencillo, así que simplemente pegué los bordes del papel con pegamento escolar y como el papel, era delgado, se secó bastante rápido. Obtuve un total de 10 bolsas y un par pequeñas que saqué de un trocito de papel Kraft que tenía guardado, así que estaba bastante satisfecha, porque tenía más o menos esa cantidad de bolsos disponibles.
Para identificarlo, pensé en pegarle el logo de mi tienda, el cual había impreso con anterioridad. Como no había disponible papel adhesivo en el local donde lo imprimí, tuve que recurrir a usar papel Contac transparente, colocándolo encima del logo y aprovechando el borde para que se pegase al papel. Quedó bastante bien, siendo protegido por el plástico.
De esa forma, pude tener a tiempo las bolsitas para mis productos de tela. Quedé satisfecha con cómo quedaron, ya que no sólo cabían los bolsos debidamente doblados, sino que también me sirve para prendas de ropa sencillas, así como agregar algún obsequio extra y lo mejor, es que fue bastante económico de realizar ✨
Este tipo de sobres, también funcionan para piezas pequeñas como de bisutería (para eso, utilizaré las bolsas pequeñas que me sobraron). Al principio, había pensado en dibujar directamente en el papel, el logo de mi tienda, pero con el adhesivo, considero que quedó bastante bien. Al momento de escribir estas líneas, estoy pensando en escribirles con marcador algunos mensajes inspiradores o un "Gracias por su compra".
En estos momentos, me encuentro elaborando nuevos proyectos, así que me alegro de tener estas bolsas listas para cuando llegue el momento de hacer entregas. Tener un emprendimiento, puede ser difícil, pero si le pones el cariño a lo que haces, no lo verás como un trabajo pesado.
