This is my simple entry into the ASEAN HIVE STIR-FRY CHALLENGE WEEK-#84 by Sir
Chicken Cheesy Macaroni
This was sent to me by Sir Navi and cooking for himself hehe. This is best to cook for breakfast or any time of the day, if you want to have a fast and easy meal, for busy people too, and for me, I love and appreciate it 😍❤ and loves it too because he also loves cheesy pasta like me! After boiling the macaroni noodles, just mix them in a pan, with shredded chicken and cheese. He said he added some vegetables there but hard to see😍🤣, we can also add peas grated carrots, or pimiento. I also send him food virtually so He will not feel that he is far and alone, to talk before he sleeps or simply check about his day and leave a message.
Vegetable Pancake
I also sent him this easy-to-cook vegetable pancake, frying the vegetables like carrots, potato, or even saluyot, Hehe I don't know how to call it in English. onions, garlic, and cheese possible to mix too then add the egg and flour mixture.. that's it. Sir Navi said it looks delicious hehe! And it was😁
Ginisang Tauge (Been sprouts with soya chunks)
This one is also easy to cook..just fry the tofu or soya chunks, garlic, onions or any other easy-to-cook vegetables, and sweet potato, and mix the Bean sprouts, this is very healthy and delicious.
Creamy Prawn Pasta
I have here the Prawn pasta..it is so easy to cook. I use egg noodles but any type of noodles will do..you just need the pasta, prawns, all-purpose cream, celery, tomatoes, some spices, and black pepper or you may add some vegetables too if you want like carrots, beans, cabbage, or other meats instead of prawn.
Chopseuy with Chicken Liver
Here is the Chopseuy, mixed vegetables, including Broccoli, Cauliflower, Chicharo, Cabbage, Beans, Corn kernel, Carrots, Chicken Liver, shrimp, and quail eggs.
I cook chop suey in different ways sometimes I mix chicken meat..other times Prawn or beef.
And it's my Mom's favorite, and you know what she loves it so much and I could see in her eyes how she appreciates what I have done...
Potato Chips with Coleslaw
And if the family is still happily talking over dinner..here are the side dishes..potato chips with coleslaw..still a healthy food, you don't need to buy commercialized potato chips it is easy to make.. slice them very thin or the thickness of your choice then fried it deep in oil, then you already have your chips without preservatives..then coleslaw just cabbage, ketchup, ground beef, tomatoes, and mayonnaise or anything that you want to add...food preparation is so much fun thing to do..
Everything about the kitchen is good for me, I'm not saying I am a good cook but I love to cook and I always do it happily, it gives me so much happiness..especially when NICO is joining me in cooking.😁😇
