Hello friends, wherever you are, come back with me @ alvonzo.
tonight I visited a sago stalk processing place located in "Alu Raya Peuntet" not far from a plywood processing factory . the distance from my village to this place is about 15000 kilometers.
when i got there i saw them harvesting the sago flour and putting it in sacks. I asked them how much it costs in one sack ?they said three thousand rupiah for one sack. one sack of sago flour weighs more than 100 kilograms.
This flour is still wet and will be sent to the medan for the next stage of processing to be made into various kinds of processed food products.
I went here to fulfill an invitation from our boss to cook goat curry with other friends. They are also factory employees. I also have some photos of cooking goat curry at night. and also seen other friends also sitting on the hut waiting for the curry goat to be cooked.
In the factory yard, you can also see sago stalks that have piled up
then I also took pictures of the sago mill factory and also arrowroot That's the picture of the factory where the first stage of sago stalks is processed before being sent to Medan for the next stage.
That's the summary of my story when I visited the factory at the invitation of our boss in the night . if there are any discrepancies in any way, I apologize. Thank you to friends who have shared interesting stories, hopefully we can meet again in the next post.
