Today Iโm gonna tell you the Burmese snacks flaky egg rolls that pretty easy and delicious ๐คค called Khaug Mont
The ingredients you need are:
- Egg ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฅ
- Honey ๐ฏ
- Milk ๐ฅ andโฆ.
- Salt ๐ง
That is all .Look very easy ,right?
At first,I took a clean bowl and crashed the eggs. I used 3 eggs.
And add one table spoon for honey ๐ฏ for the sweetness.
And then 5 table spoons ๐ฅ for milk .
I used this label.
Add a little bit of salt too. I mixed all these with blender .If you donโt have blender you can use spoon to make them mixed well.
When it is look good ,you need to heat the pan with low heat. Grease the pan with a little oil .And I used the spoon as shown to make the perfect size of egg rolls.
And then spread it carefully and beautiful ๐ป
That was my first time๐ ๐ .
You need to wait a minute or less and then turn off the heat or lower the heat. Take another dry spoon and slowly ,carefully scrape the edges of those. You will easily get a slice of flaky egg .
This is my first one and it is very fantastic so just try it .
And the taste is perfect and I know you canโt stop eating those egg rolls.
They sells in the market was rolled beautifully as shown .
