Greetings to everyone,
Yesterday is Sunday, we went out to the church to attend mass. After that, we wanted to go home right away because we were going to eat lunch there but because the weather was so hot and I was thirsty as well as my companions. And because we wanted to relieve the heat and thirst we felt, we agreed to drink or eat something cold. When we saw a store, we immediately went in and chose something to drink and eat. And we agreed that we would order halo-halo, spaghetti, and pancit palabok.
While we waited for our order we were amused by the decorations in the shop. Very colorful ornaments and designs are a symbol of hot and windy weather or summer.
And when the waiter brought our order we just said thank you and my daughter was wowed while looking at the halo-halo because it was her favorite.
Their halo-halo is delicious and has many ingredients. And the price is just right. We all enjoyed it and were relieved by the heat we felt.
I was a bit disappointed with the pancit palabok because I expected it to be as good as the pancit palabok I tasted at other stores. The toppings are a bit lacking but that's ok.
But the spaghetti made me happy because it was delicious compared to other stores. The price is also quite low and it smells good. It smells so satisfying.
And we enjoy eating and we had good conversations about our daily lives. That's all about our Sunday bonding guys.
