One of the most significant difference in making coffee compare to 10 years ago, is the amount of froth on top of each cup of coffee. It seems all Malaysian suddenly found the holy grail of making smooth coffee by frothing it regardless.
Woh restaurant is one of the old school new management coffee shop that incorporate old school recipe with new retail structure, managing two shops and operate as one.
Me and home minister currently practicing lent so we're abstained from all land base animal meat. No pork, no beef, no chicken yo. Even ordering a prawn noodle, we will have to instruct the hawker to NOT include pork slices into the noodle.
The fried noodle is not bad, a very famous chain hawker by the name of Robert. Noodle is dry enough and not too oily. However, it doesn't come with cockle. Will be even nice if it came with an extra sea taste. Don't remind me the Chinese sausage slices are actually pork 😂 No matter how careful, I only realized I ate pork after I finished the whole plate.
Home minister got herself a cup of milk tea, and I find the iced coffee pretty nice. Not the best I had, but for a food court style restaurant, this is above average. We proceed to pack food for the kids with a slight guilt in me accidentally ate the Chinese sausage slices, but I'm all good and set my mind to continue my abstain for the following meal.
