Hello everyone, today I'm gonna share to you what I prepared to my family for our lunch. This variety of scallops are found and abundant to one Of the island of Cebu which Bantayan Island. A long!!!long!! ride where I live but luckily one of my cousin is living there and she going to visit us in our province and brought this scallops. Scallops are very delicious and sweet when they are fresh and you can cook it any kind you want, so I decided to grilled it for our lunch.
First I deshelled the other half shell of the scallops and clean because I'm planning to grill it with garlic and butter.
So after cleaning the scallops, then next is preparing my ingredient which are garlic and butter.
When grilling this scallops, first I let the natural juice of the scallops cooked the scallops before adding my ingredient.
You can tell when the scallops is already done when the transparent meat of the scallops turns to cloudy and that's the time when I add butter and the garlic and your grilled scallops are done and ready to eat. That's all thank you and hope you like it.
