Hello everyone, when talking about adobo most filipino know how to cook. They have their own version of cooking adobo and we have ours too. Adobo dish are very famous in our country that almost all kind of meat we cook that in adobo because adobo ingredient can be seen and bought in the stores.
But this time I used chicken in this adobo recipe and used only this simple ingredient on what's available in our pantry.
Half kilo of fresh chicken (chopped)
pepper corns
bay leaves
garlic
Onion, I also some ingredient but forgot to took a photos on it like vinegar, soy sauce, liquid seasoning and sugar. When I'm cooking adobo I don't used any salt because I used soy sauce for the saltiness of the said recipe.
First, you have to saute the onion and the garlic in a cooking pan then followed by the chicken meat. Do not add anything or something when adding the chicken meat just let the natural juice of the chicken come out and dry before adding any liquid like water or soy sauce.
Then add at least 1 cup of water, soy sauce, liquid seasoning and sugar to taste and let it simmer until the sauce is thicken. You can still add more soy sauce, vinegar and sugar at your desired taste.
