Let me introduce myself, my name is Djisamsoe. I'm new to the hive/ecency platform and I'm thrilled to finally join this community full of creativity, ideas, and a spirit of sharing.
Watching this process reminded me that making banana chips requires patience and meticulousness. The bananas must be selected from good quality, then peeled and sliced to the right size for even frying. Afterward, the banana slices are dried in the sun to reduce their water content and create crispier chips.
In our village, this kind of activity is still often done traditionally. While it may seem simple, the task is quite tiring, requiring each banana slice to be neatly arranged. However, the results are truly satisfying when the chips are cooked and ready to be enjoyed with the family or sold to supplement income.
I'm so happy to see my wife's enthusiasm this morning. After I get home from work, the house feels more lively with the activity of drying bananas. Hopefully, the drying process goes smoothly and the banana chips will be savory and delicious.
