thanks buddy. I have no idea which this one is because the only English on the package states that they are oats, which is already evident through the packaging. If I end up eating raw oats well, it won't be the worst thing I have ever had to eat.

To me, consuming oat is a chore. Hard to dig in 😅

Anyway, my personal "marketing" experience is, cooking oats always have a cooking picture on the packaging. At the back, there's always cooking recipe and one of them is putting the pan on the stove. Whilst instant oat is almost always in a cup, and the cooking recipe at the back is how many spoons into the cup, add water, and meal is ready.
