Hello everybody,
The other day, I called the fish vendor who who went house to house in our area to sell her fishes and seafoods timely she passed by our house. When I saw what she got, I bought the seashells she brought with her, but I do not know how to cook, my first time, so I just asked her the way to cook them.
I washed first the shells, then ready the spices I needed, just sauteed the onion,then the garlic with coconut oil. Grateful much, we have plenty of moringa tree, I planted so, I harvested the leaves and cleaned it.
Next the seashells and placed 6 cups of water and let it boil.
After boiling I waited that the seashell flesh to came out but nothing came out so I placed the moringa leaves, black pepper powder and salt to taste.
Then, the moringa leaves were soft already but still no seashell flesh came out, I was questioning why? What happened? So, I off the stove.
I let the seashell cool then I got my new big needle and prick the seashell flesh inside to let it out one by one, ho my! Time consuming!
The soup was so yummy, I drunk a lot,I love it! I sweated a lot. It was sweet, salty and spicy but I promised to myself not to buy again this kind of food ahahaha! So, bizarre to me.
