
Hello everyone. How are you today? I hope all is well with you and your family. In this post, I have another simple dish that my wife cooked to share with everyone again. This dish is a spicy curry with potatoes and chicken. My wife's uncle harvests potatoes from his farm. And gave them to my wife several days ago. Yesterday my wife had some free time, so she cooked this dish with these potatoes. In addition to potatoes and chicken, my wife also harvested a few vegetables from the home garden as ingredients for this dish. Contains acacia pennata, kaffir lime leaves, wild betel leaf and culantro.

Ingredients : spicy curry with potatoes and chicken.
- potatoes
- chicken
- acacia pennata
- kaffir lime leaves
- culantro
- shrimp paste
- shallots
- garlic
- dried chilli
- pork flavour seasoning powder
- water
- oil
- wild betel leaf

First cut the chicken, potatoes and culantro.


Crush the shrimp paste, garlic, shallots and dried chilli using a pestle and mortar to make curry paste.

Put a pot on the stove and heat the oil. Then add the curry paste to the pot and stir-fry until the curry paste is cooked and fragrant.

Add the chicken in the pot, stir-fry mixed with the curry paste in the pot until the chicken is cooked.

Add water in a pot and boil the water until boils, Season with pork flavour seasoning powder. Then add the potatoes in the pot and boil.

Add kaffir lime leaves in a pot and boil for a while.

Add acacia pennata in a pot and boil for a while.

Add wild betel leaf in a pot. Then add culantro in a pot. Boil for a while and turn off the stove.


Done, spicy curry with potatoes and chicken.
