This is the first time I've plant this type of vegetable. And now these sugar pea have grown significantly compared to the last 2-3 weeks, They are about 10 centimeters tall and can be harvested for cooking. Now that my wife has free time, so she is picking all sugar pea from two plastic baskets to cook a simple dish. This time, she cooked stir-fried sugar pea with eggs in oyster sauce.

How to cook stir-fried sugar pea with eggs in oyster sauce : Put a pan on the stove and heat a little oil. Then add the garlic to the pan and stir-fried until fragrant. Then add a little water to the pan and stir for a while until the water boils. Add sugar pea to the pan and stir-fry for a while until the vegetables are soft.
Then add the eggs to the pan and stir-fry until the sugar pea and eggs are cooked. Add oyster sauce and stir. Season with pork flavour seasoning powder.

Since my sugar pea planting was a success, so I plan to plant more of them in the future.
